Eva Wheatley's family started this organisation to help families with children diagnosed with rare cancers. On the day Eva passed away aged 6, all the Jacaranda flowers fell of the trees. She was Braver Stronger Smarter and even took up Hockey after her arm was amputated from the cancer. This artwork was sold at auction at the recent Gala in Brisbane, for $15,000. Prints are still available at $300 each.

Xavier is in remission, and I thought it would be good to capture his "Superdoll" flying out across Brisbane City. This is actually close to the view seen by many families with Sick Children from the Children's Hispital in Brisbane. This artwork was auctioned for $4400.00 and we also sold prints raising another $2200.00

I was so honoured to present Her Excellency Dr Jeanette Young, Governor of Queensland with this artwork I painted at a recent Open Day, where guests also added to the canvas. Artwork will be hung in the Billiards Room. So straight to the "Pool Room"!

Georgina and Tim celebrated their reception at Manly Royal Yacht Club. Guests enjoyed the interactive entertainment by adding a brushstroke and signing the back.

Have you seen the incredible initiatives that Bruce and Denise Morcombe and their team have introduced to continue their mission to keep kids safe? Every year I am honoured to be part of their Dance for Daniel at City Hall, where I create a live artwork which is auctioned along with prints. This is my eighth artwork, and each year I strive to create something new. This one is inspired by the annual Walk for Daniel held on the Sunshine Coast. I have included Brisbane City to inspire a walk here too!
